Are We Watching Biblical Prophecy Unfold—or Letting Fear Interpret the Headlines for Us?
War. Political instability. Artificial intelligence. Economic uncertainty. Natural disasters. Global tension. Viral prophecy claims.
For Christians, it can feel as though every new headline is asking the same question:
Is this the end?
Jesus absolutely spoke about the end times.
He warned about deception, wars and rumors of wars, persecution, false messiahs, upheaval, and His eventual return.
But He also said something that deserves just as much attention:
“Do not be alarmed.”
I recently published an in-depth article exploring what Jesus actually said about the end times—and what He did not tell His followers to do.
Read the full article here:
This is not about dismissing prophecy.
It is not about minimizing Revelation.
And it is not about pretending that the world is fine.
It is about learning the difference between biblical readiness and fear-driven speculation.
We can take prophecy seriously without turning every headline into a countdown clock.
We can watch without panicking.
We can remain spiritually alert without allowing anxiety to become our theology.
And we can remember the most important truth of all:
The Christian hope is not that we correctly predict every world event.
Our hope is not in knowing the date.
Our hope is not in decoding every headline.
Our hope is Jesus Christ.
If you have been wrestling with questions about the last days, biblical prophecy, Revelation, or the return of Christ, I hope you will read the full article and share it with someone who may need the same reminder.
