Standing on the set of The Chosen was an experience I will remember for a long time.

But beyond seeing the set itself, I kept thinking about something much larger: millions of people are watching the story of Jesus Christ and becoming curious about the man at the center of it.

Who was Jesus Christ?

What did He actually teach?

What do the Gospels tell us about His life, death, and resurrection?

And what does following Jesus mean for us today?

Those questions are worth exploring beyond the screen.

From The Chosen to Scripture

The Chosen can introduce people to biblical people and events through dramatic storytelling. But the place to discover the foundation of the story is Scripture itself.

That desire to help people explore Jesus and the Bible more deeply is one reason I have spent years creating Christian content under the name Douglas Vandergraph.
